Terms of Use — TripFlow

1. General

These terms govern the use of the TripFlow mobile app (the “App”) and the website tripflow.zordonintelligence.pl. The App is owned by Zordon Intelligence sp. z o.o. (KRS 0001190915, NIP 7252358503).

2. Licence

The App is distributed free of charge through the Apple App Store. We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on your own devices, subject to Apple's Standard EULA.

3. Your data and content

Trip plans, notes and documents you add to the App remain your property and are stored only on your device. We do not keep server-side backups — you are responsible for keeping your own copies.

4. Third-party data

The App uses data from MapKit (Apple), Wikipedia and weather providers. That content belongs to its providers and may be subject to separate licences. Accuracy of weather, routes and descriptions is not guaranteed — treat plans as planning assistance, not instructions.

5. Liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for consequences of travel decisions made based on App content (including road changes, closed attractions or weather conditions).
