Privacy Policy — TripFlow

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is ZORDON INTELLIGENCE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, registered in the Polish National Court Register under KRS: 0001190915, NIP: 7252358503, REGON: 542545843.

2. Data we process

TripFlow is built local-first: trip plans, routes, notes and documents are stored exclusively on your iPhone (SwiftData). We run no servers that hold the content of your plans and have no access to it.

• In-app data: stays on your device until you delete or export it yourself.
• This website: uses no cookies and no cookie-based analytics.
• Purchases and ads: the app is free and contains no advertising or in-app purchases.

When you use online features (weather, city photos and descriptions), requests are sent to third-party services (Apple MapKit, Wikipedia, weather provider). None of these requests identify you as a user.

3. Your rights (GDPR)

Under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your data. Because user data is stored only on your device, full erasure is available at any time by uninstalling the app.
